Our FAQs
Do you charge for time when quoting? No, we can come round and assess and/or discuss your specific needs before quoting, for no charge.
Do you have all of the tools and equipment that you need or will you be using mine?We believe that to do a job properly, we need the right tools, and so have invested in the best equipment which we will bring to each job as necessary.
Do you clear any garden waste created as part of the job? We don't offer this as standard which keeps our hourly rates low, as some customers have their own methods of disposing of garden waste (composting, collections etc).But we can arrange to dispose of the garden waste although it will incur a small charge to cover time and disposal costs.
Can you advise me on planting? We hope so, we know our plants, and what works, so please ask to find out more!
